NPM has participated in the fast growth of Rally House. Our project management team supervises a local contractor through the process of site preparation and demolition, moving on to interior construction featuring slatwall, dressing rooms, flooring, and paint finishes.
Project Coordination
Each store needs extensive low-voltage wiring and the installation of owner-supplied fixtures and cashwrap. NPM project managers coordinate with the store manager as store fixtures and inventory arrive to ensure a smooth process prior to opening.
