NPM was entrusted by the landlord (SOL Spaces) to handle the construction management and build-out for Throttlenet’s 21st century office space. Features included full glass demising walls throughout the space, polished concrete floors, an advanced LED lighting system. The space also includes a state-of-the-art studio for the production of website videos.
