A growing partnership
NPM’s partnership with Sleep Number began modestly, with a test run of handling service calls in two states. Within three years, NPM’s coverage increased to full coast-to-coast responsibility, including being awarded the national HVAC preventive maintenance program for all Sleep Number locations.
High-Volume Facilities Management
NPM serves as the primary facilities service provider for the 650+ Sleep Number locations throughout the U.S. Utilizing the client’s internal service request system, our project managers are responsible for an average of 450 service calls per month, which encompass every aspect of facility repairs.
